We exist because most organisations are solving two problems at once — finding the right people, and building the right systems. Vertex does both, under one roof.
Our story
Who we are
Vertex — People & Technology was founded on a simple observation: the companies that grow well are the ones that get their people and their technology right at the same time, and most advisors only ever help with one.
We work across both. Our recruitment and HR consultants build the teams and the frameworks that let an organisation scale; our technology and outsourcing teams build and run the systems that team depends on. Because those functions sit together, the advice joins up.
We work with startups finding their footing, SMEs professionalising as they grow, and enterprises that need specialist capacity at short notice. The engagement models differ. The standard does not.
